a Yoga Retreat for Cancer Survivors and their caregivers
Cancer survivors and their caregivers are invited to join us for this unique healing opportunity that will include gentle and restorative yoga classes, music, meditation, nature hikes, relaxation and fun. Please Come as you Are! All ages and abilities are welcome.
The retreat will be held at Christopher Creek Lodge which is approximately 80 minutes from Phoenix, Arizona on the beautiful Mogollon Rim. The Lodge is located on the bank of spring fed Christopher Creek and boasts rustic log and stone cabins with modern facilities. Included in the registration are wonderfully prepared meals, including a wonderful brunch prior to departure. Yoga, meditation and music with Michele Dante, Maredith Schroeder, Micheal Kolasa and friends. Participants will arrive on Friday, January 15th between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. and check out is Sunday, January 17th at noon.
Cost per participant is $300.00 and includes lodging, food, yoga classes, and all activities.
Space is limited and participation is reserved for the first 21 applicants.
